These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PEXIA by BuildMatix (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

Use of the Services

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
  • Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Services.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all estimates, proposals, and documents before use.

AI-generated content

PEXIA uses AI to generate estimates, scopes, and other documents from your inputs. These outputs are suggestions and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy and pricing before relying on or sending any output to a customer.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, drawings, and other content you upload. You grant us a license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

Payment and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that estimates, pricing, or documents will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEXIA and BuildMatix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
